I was told I could not have a copy of the sales contract. It took about 6 phone calls to finally have it emailed to me. The contract has my address wrong and I have tried about 5 times to get it corrected a It took about 6 phone calls to finally have it emailed to me. The contract has my address wrong and I have tried about 5 times to get it corrected and no one seems to think it is important. The ability to communicate with a customer is unacceptable. I ask to talk with a manager and was told they were on days off, second attempt got me just a finance representative. I cannot recommend Shottenkirk because of the poor communication and grey areas of company policy More
