I was very impressed by GARLAND AND CARY in service. I scheduled an oil change online, and was in and out within an hour. I emailed back and forth with one of the sales persons and told him I was coming to look at that particular van and when I got there he didn’t even know where it was. When he appeared to be looking for it and told him I was coming to look at that particular van and when I got there he didn’t even know where it was. When he appeared to be looking for it, he came back and said that it was going to sold wholesale and I couldn’t buy it and tried to get me into a car loan which I didn’t want. I felt like I was misled by the ad just to get me in there. When I told them I was leaving another salesperson followed me out to my car and tried to get me to look at a high mileage Camry and I told him I wanted a mini van and he would not leave me alone. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
