Everything was fine until 2 days after the deal was done. I received a phone call from Ryan Little from finance and he told me I owed $4500 and come on Bro I have cameras. I told him to review the paperwork because I myself had proof it was $0 down. Falsely accusing a customer is what makes this dealer subpar. Called and asked for general manager and still have yet to receive a call back. Going on week 3 still have yet to hear back from the dealership. If customer service is something you look for in a dealership there is none here. More
I was frustrated with the pricing strategy of this dealership. Listing vehicles online for 85% of what you really plan to charge is a bait & switch strategy. I understand the challenges of having a large inventory but this element almost stopped me from purchasing a vehicle. Heath and Jay were good to work with, if they wouldn't have been I would have walked away. I recommend being more transparent with pricing or listing the actual sale price online versus 85% of the actual price. More
Took my daughter here less then a year ago to purchase a good used car but got our worst nightmare instead. While our experience with this dealership was fine they sold us a like new vehichle that has known Service Bulletins from Ford acknowledging the issue requires a complete engine replacement to correct. I feel like the dealership should be privy to these types of issues since that is their business. Had we been told about the known issue we certainly would not have purchased that vehichle. Now my daughter has a vehichle with 3 more years of payments that she cant drive or sell. More

My fiancee and I purchased a used vehicle last weekend from here. The sales guy was only interested in the sale. During the test drive priortothesale, he acknowledged he knew the tire pressure light wa from here. The sales guy was only interested in the sale. During the test drive priortothesale, he acknowledged he knew the tire pressure light was on prior to my fiancee and I looking at the vehicle. He stated the tire pressure light would go off once we aired up the tires and drove it a little bit; however, the light never went off. Also, the tire pressure gauge wouldn't register for any of the tires. One of the lighter sockets inside the vehicle didn't work due to a blown fuse and 3 of the 4 tires were missing the air cap for the tires. We called the dealership and spoke to our salesman after only having the vehicle 2 days & our salesman said he would get back with us and never did. We then called and spoke to the sales manager who was rude and refused to do anything about these issues, even though these issues were there before we looked at the vehicle and not addressed during the dealership's 180pt inspection. The dealership said they would only fix safety issues upon the prior inspection but didn't see tire pressure as a safety issue. Since the dealership refused to fix these known issues, we had to go elsewhere to get them fixed, which cost us over $300 out of pocket for a vehicle we had less then 2 days even though it supposedly had a 180pt inspection prior to purchase. It's very concerning that we only had this vehicle for 2 days before having issues. Nobody, including the sales manager, wanted to do anything about it. More
As much as I think the attention to detail is there for other customers, it was not for me. I am disappointed and feel I should have gone elsewhere or not buy a vehicle at all.
