I will never give Shottenkirk another penny of my money, nor will I refer anyone to them. They deliver empty promises only to get your money and deny you service. My experience is partially my fault because nor will I refer anyone to them. They deliver empty promises only to get your money and deny you service. My experience is partially my fault because I didn’t get things sold to me in writing only to be told that wasn’t the case when I came in for service. I was also sold the wrong extended warranty and was not honored. Save your self some trouble and money and shop somewhere else that appreciates their customers. More

I took my car in for a tire rotation. When I left, my tires were off balance. I called to ask why that was and the girl I spoke to said "tire balancing isn't part of that service. It's just a rotation." tires were off balance. I called to ask why that was and the girl I spoke to said "tire balancing isn't part of that service. It's just a rotation." To which I replied that taking weights off a tire shouldn't be part of that service. My tires were balanced before I got there. Now my car shakes violently if I go over 60mph. You people will never touch my tires again. You will give me my last free oil change, and then you'll never see me again. xxxx poor service and customer relations will result in crap reviews. Get your xxxx together. More
