The salesman, Oscar Black, and the finance guy, Ryan Little, were good to work with. I take issue with dealerships that charge reconditioning fees and customer care fees as those are ADP, additional dea Little, were good to work with. I had Appointment at 8:00 AM. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get oil and filter changed. Did no good to have an appointment.Nothing else requested.Too many employees not busy. Not really a person that leaves many reviews good or bad but felt like this one was necessary. Yesterday 8/16/21 with no intention of buying a truck my son and I drove through the parking lot because he wan but felt like this one was necessary. Was greeted by Heather in sales and she was great and very helpful. Needless to say my son and I left with a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 that we had been looking for a couple of months. No dealer should tell a customer no when they ask for an oil change. That is what happened with us. They gave us our vehicle back without doing the oil change.
