I had Appointment at 8:00 AM. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get oil and filter changed. Did no good to have an appointment.Nothing else requested.Too many employees not busy. Sales rep was the best I’ve ever dealt with and the truck I purchased was fair market value. Good dealer to work with.
