Had to make 4 trips to purchase 2 vehicles we live 1.5 hrs away. We traded a fifth wheel in to told us we had to have truck and fifth wheel over on Friday cause it was being picked up Saturday my tundra w hrs away. Greatly lacking in customer service and friendliness. The service person who initially asked my concerns was friendly and professional enough. However, not a single other person ever spoke or even make eye contact with me even while standing in the inside door of the service personnel (after waiting 45 minutes for a tire problem). I realize I did not make an appointment, but the length of the time needed to address my tire problem was not offered at any time except when, finally, I walked into the office and asked another service person (not the initial person) if he could provide me information on how much longer it would take. Again, what struck me most (even more than the wait!) was the total unfriendliness of the business. Even the person to whom I paid was pre-occupied with a conversation with someone else in her office. More
