I realize I did not make an appointment, but the length of the time needed to address my tire problem was not offered at any time except when, finally, I walked into the office and asked another service person (not the initial person) if he could provide me information on how much longer it would take. Again, what struck me most (even more than the wait!) was the total unfriendliness of the business. Even the person to whom I paid was pre-occupied with a conversation with someone else in her office. More
