We were able to negotiate it down some, but were told that this is "policy" for most dealerships now. The truck is just what we had been looking for, and they replaced a switch on the passenger's automatic seat and a chip in the windshield that was missed by them on the initial inspection. Other than the unexpected added cost I would have rated them 5 stars More

after a week of deliberation i finally got the vehicle i wanted only to be told it would have to be repaired before it left the lot. and after another week of waiting for the repairs to be made i was told t wanted only to be told it would have to be repaired before it left the lot. and after another week of waiting for the repairs to be made i was told they were still waiting for parts. since when is it ok for a dealership to sell a vehicle that cannot pass safety inspection? needless to say i am still waiting for the vehicle and am very dissatisfied on how they handled this. i will not be recommending them to anyone. I took my 2014 Camry because it would not start, but would jump start right away. Chad was our service advisor and he had the car checked out and working in no time.
