Everyone was very cordial and helpful, waiting area is roomy, clean and well kept. Work was completed on time and without issues. The only negative was the dirty (oily) hand print on the inside of the dri roomy, clean and well kept. Work was completed on time and without issues. We have been and continue to be pleased with the service and attention we receive from the dealership. As a physician, I was surprised to see salespeople doing face to face presentations to customers without masks in spite of the signage directing everyone to practice the 3 basic steps to prevent viral sprea face to face presentations to customers without masks in spite of the signage directing everyone to practice the 3 basic steps to prevent viral spread. Most alarming, however, was when I received my car from the service tech (who had been test driving it for about 10 minutes after a brake job) who got out of the car without a mask. When I ask him about his mask he said they don't have to wear them in the car. Riding in a closed car without a mask tends to concentrate the worker's exhaled death creating a risk of contaminating the car interior as well as creating a potential inhalation risk for the customer. Poor performance of the public health recommendations and potentially not good for PR. More
