Wonderful service all around! Tanner was hands down the best used car salesman I have ever had. I hope management recognizes his worth! We have been and continue to be pleased with the service and attention we receive from the dealership. Most alarming, however, was when I received my car from the service tech (who had been test driving it for about 10 minutes after a brake job) who got out of the car without a mask. When I ask him about his mask he said they don't have to wear them in the car. Riding in a closed car without a mask tends to concentrate the worker's exhaled death creating a risk of contaminating the car interior as well as creating a potential inhalation risk for the customer. Poor performance of the public health recommendations and potentially not good for PR. More
I wish this dealership were closer to Ft Worth, but it was worth the trip to Granbury. They didn't beat around the bush and were up front about the dealer fees.
