Great dealership! Very friendly staff and the best prices all the way around the metroplex. I knew the car I wanted and already talked to someone via phone prior to coming inside to purchase. They left my windows open and it rained in. They did nothing to clean the inside or outside! All they did was rotate tires. I paid $1400 for 2 years of service and this is what I got. For some reason an oil change takes entirely too long. I don’t feel like it should take 2 hours to get an oil change but for some reason it does every single time. Scheduled 15K service; brought vehicle in and after over hour, service rep explained during last service visit mechanic over torgued wheels and they could not remove wheels for balancing; had to order speci hour, service rep explained during last service visit mechanic over torgued wheels and they could not remove wheels for balancing; had to order special tool to address lugs. Will have to reschedue to attend to wheels and perform recall repair for my pargticular vehicle. Appears dealer service has lapsed since owership change. More
