Easily the worst auto dealership I've ever dealt with. The salesman wasn't too bad but Billy the sales manager was as shady as anyone I've ever done business with. I drove 3 1/2 hours from Oklahoma City to look at what seemed to be a great deal on a certified used Camry. As soon as I got there, the salesman took me on a test drive and when we got done I was fully prepared to buy the vehicle and pay cash until Billy came out and told me that because I was an out of state buyer the only forms of payment he was able to accept were either in-house financing or literal, green, $100 bills. He wouldn't even accept a certified bank check or wire transfer. That is crazy enough, but the even worse part is that he tacked on so many ridiculous dealer and TT&L fees that he quoted me at just over $23,000 out the door, nearly $7,000 above the $16,450 online price that that I drove 225 miles for. After a ton of negotiation, Billy acted like he was doing me a favor to lower the out the door price to $19,680, still over $3000 above the online asking price. I immediately walked out, drove 45 minutes to Family Toyota in Burleson, and purchased a fancier Camry for a lower price. It was absolutely evident to me that Billy's plan was to bully me into financing the vehicle and then use the fact that I'm financing the vehicle anyway as justification for me paying the $7000 price jump. This dealer is the perfect example of why people hate auto dealerships, and I'm amazed that their sleazy, bait-and-switch tactics are even legal. If you're looking for a Toyota in the DFW area, avoid this place like the plague. More

WORST😡 dealership EVER!! Sales guys Fino & Pete are great, but sales managers are horrible. All the negative reviews about them gouging you on fees etc are all true, Vehicle I was interested in was $33 great, but sales managers are horrible. All the negative reviews about them gouging you on fees etc are all true, Vehicle I was interested in was $33932. on Tuesday, I made an offer, and on Wednesday they jacked the price up to$34899. by the time they added their fees out the door price was $45997.42, this was just from their fees, no financing etc. At a normal/decent dealership the price would have been around $37000. They will tell you well thats why are prices are so low because we make our money on fees. I was told they would drop majority of fees except the shottenkirk customer care which is $1995. but they would see if they could get that lowered for me. Next conversation was no they won't drop any of the fees, Price was nearly $46000.00. Just know if it is to good to be true it is. Will never ever deal with this dealership again & I will tell everyone i know to not waste their time at this dealership. I wasted 3 days with these scam artist. So just remember don't even make a call and inquire about their vehicles, you will be waisting your time. I sent the company an email before leaving a review, never heard a word back. Part of the reason I don't rebel against paying $87 for a simple oil change is that getting the car washed adds VALUE to the visit. In this case, I had a slow leak in a tire and they charged me $29 for the work. I think a QUALITY dealership would have no-charged me for the tire, in deference to the fact that the car wash wasn't working and WE BOUGHT A CAMRY XSE at your dealership! Bait and Switch Came in to buy a used vehicle listed online for $12,300. After TTL, customer care fee, Admin fee, nitrogen fee, and fee fee, they told me the cost of Came in to buy a used vehicle listed online for $12,300. After TTL, customer care fee, Admin fee, nitrogen fee, and fee fee, they told me the cost of the car was almost 18K! TTL was about 1,400 on the car so it should have been no more than 14K at best. They went on a rant on how they were losing $3,800 on the car and they had to leave in the some of the extra fee's or they would just have to add them back to the price of the car. If the car is listed for a price, sell it for that price. It is not the buyers responsibility to cover your losses. Honor your word and stop fueling the negative perception of car dealers being the absolute worse people to work with. More
