She was most professional and was fully aware of the recall and why it was necessary to fix it. I had not made an appointment but also needed an oil change in addition to recall. I am pleased with the results of the sale with regards to finance rate, warranty, monthly payments. I was not pleased with the way the information was presented. I do not like canned packages. Darrell Marriott was the sales associate who worked with my senior citizen mother to find a vehicle that she would be comfortable driving. He was knowledgeable about the products, and if he did not know the answer, was very quick to say so and immediately researched and found it. He provided me with all the necessary information I needed to assist Mom in making a decision while at the dealership and via phone calls and e-mail as I live in Fort Worth. We had been at the dealership before lunch and after deciding on a car to buy, it was early afternoon as they were getting it ready to drive home. Without asking, Darrell loaned us a car and bought us lunch while they finished. Mom is a diabetic and really appreciated the extra service and consideration. Retired now, I spent several years working with dealerships from the manufacturing side across the country.
