Summary: Know what service you need before coming to this location and consider what is recommended. Get a second opinion if unsure. My experience wasn't bad, however I was recommended a 30,000 mile tune up service which includes: fuel induction, sparkplug, and drive belt R/R (replacement). Which would have been an extra $560 on top of my original service I requested. My car did not need a fuel induction because it was already preformed recently. Additionally, they did not even have the required spark plugs in stock before recommending me the service. While the service attended apologized after checking it shows the foresight of the place. They recommend a service before checking the car or if the parts are available. It shows they don't care about your car but rather want to push a service. They know their base level mechanics but they push sales when its not necessary. Know what service you need before getting to the dealership. Listen and take what they say with "a gain of salt" to say. Lastly, I will be leaving out certain names in this review because I sympathize with people and their job. I know they're suppose to push these services but it wouldn't hurt for them to take the time to show the customer what their car looks like and access the situation with the customer. Possibly set a service up in the future if the customer wanted to wait. This builds trust and consistency with the customers. More
