Was told every dealership is doing an up charge on all inventory, I can maybe understand an up charge of $500 up to place a 5,000 to 10,000 up charge over msrp. Just because times are hard and the dealership is suffering due to the market change. Yah no! This make it more difficult to get financed and if you do get financed your over selling the value of the vehicle. I will avoid all car dealerships until I really need a vehicle. And tell all my friends and family on social media to avoid giving up charge dealerships there business. It just isn’t worth it anymore, just to give more money just to make the dealership fill better. And with no extra add on or benefits. Other then the excuse that everyone else is doing it so it’s ok. My salesman was great. I just didn’t like the back and forth at the dealership from the finance manager. This was a horrible waste of time. My daughter came in with a 10,000 down payment and we were being pushed into buying a package not a vehicle. This was a joke of what sales and customer satisfaction should look like. The sales person Juan was amazing. Finance man who never even gave his name was horrible and rude. We walked away to find a new place to purchase. I would never recommend this car sales establishment. More
Went in for a checkup on my tailgate due to it popping out while using it on my 2022 Tundra. It turned out that Toyota manufactures the tailgates this way which I found to be extremely odd.
