So far I have been satisfied with Shottenkirk and my first Toyota. There was a problem with programming additional keys. Honestly it was pretty disappointing. My husband and I thought we we had found a great car that we could actually afford. It was extremely frustrating to drive 80 miles round trip and spend two hours at the dealership only to find that the vehicle was out of our budget. It was very misleading. More
I would not recommend. After trusting them on “helping me” I did not like the outcome, after telling them not to add those extra coverages, they still added them.
