They offered a used vehicle for $16585 online. Went in with Cash to purchase. Just wanted the vehicle nothing else no warranties or anything. So 16585 + tt&l + doc. fee+ gov.fee put it right around $18,334. They refused to sell it. Said their system would not allow them to sell it without warranty and other dealership packages which brought the price up to over $22,000. This is a common Bait and switch tactic. and Should be investigated by the better business bureau. They exclaim that if you go online and look at your finance price calculator that it shows this stuff. If you are paying cash you don't need to use a finance price calulator. If the packages are required then make that the base price of the vehicle. They won't do it because then the vehicle is priced well over KBB value and no one would come in to look at it. I have been to many dealer ships. The only thing at any and all dealerships that you are REQUIRED to pay for are the listed price (used vehicle) or MSRP of the vehicle plus tt&l and a goverment/ documentation fee if that applies to your area. So they refused to sell us the vehicle because we would not agree to there 6 month 6,ooo mile warranty. Salesman was nice and was in agreement with us on how stupid that was. Finance supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional and came into the situation hostile to begin with. We will never go into another Shottenkirk dealership because of this. So we went to another dealership and purchased a Used vehicle in better condition for the advertised price plus tt&l and doc.fee More

A center cap was broken while rotating my tires and disclosed to Rob or me before leaving the dealership. I noticed it at my first stop about a mile from the dealership and had to return only to find o disclosed to Rob or me before leaving the dealership.
