When I test drove the vehicle before I signed the paperwork the engine and tire pressure indicator light was on. I was told it would be fixed before I took possession. When I showed up 3 days later with the checks the tire pressure indicator was still on. They said they ran a full diagnostic on the vehicle so I don’t know how they missed the tire indicator. The car hadn’t been cleaned either. What should have been a 20 minute visit took over 3 hours. While driving home I noticed the oil had only 18% life left, I would have thought all the cars on the lot would have had an oil change. Additionally, everyone there knew I drove three hours to get there so even though it wasn’t expected leaving with more than 1/8 of a tank would have been nice. More

Young service man Greeted me promptly. He actually listened to me and recited it back to me. Advised me about the cost and then said he would call me when repair/s were finished. Drove over 3 hours to buy a Tesla and it wasn’t charged or ready. I put down a deposit before and you knew I was buying it and how far I was driving to get there. We had to wait an hour for it to be washed or ready. I put down a deposit before and you knew I was buying it and how far I was driving to get there. We had to wait an hour for it to be washed even before we got to put eyes on it. We immediately see that it’s not charged up. Had to wait an extra 3 hours while it charged. We had to drive under 65 mph the whole ride home. That left us with only 2% charge left. More
I am very pleased with my new car and the help of Tiffany Akins but her manager Derrick not so much. He agreed to make a couple deals leading us to believe that we should bank with him when all he did was raise the prices I had to pay. I came in prepared with a loan but with the "deals" he made the total was supposed to be better to finance through them not worse. I walked out paying thousands more than what they originally worked up with my loan, their payment plan made me pay more. I specifically asked for a side by side of each option, my loan and theirs, I never received theirs even after he said he would get it. He never came back after that. He never gave me the total and I didn't find out till I was with the Mr. Hinders and signing papers. I was very displeased with the way he worked. Tiffany Akins was very kind and was able to answer or find the answers to the things that she could. I am very pleased with my car I just wish I had better communication. More
Garland was phenomenal throughout this whole process. She and her team ensured that every problem was addressed as they looked to see what was causing my Jeep Wrangler to stall/die. Dealership was extremely busy, took forever for salesperson to help me. As the salesman was personable, she was also rude and didn’t listen too well to what I was asking. Sat with my wife in the lobby for over 3 hours with no updates or words from anyone. After the sale was in the financial stage the finance person was rude as we where upsetting him by him be there. All in all experience was fair, but I will not refer to anyone else. More
