Communications was lacking on their part! ! I could not get a trade-in value on my SUV, after supplying all information & pics the salesman requested!! I told the salesman I was paying cash, ! I told the salesman I was paying cash, he would not give me a confirmed price with trade-in!!!! I told the salesman I live in another State (221 mi), & could not just show up at the Dealership, to find out if they would, or, would not make me a good deal to purchase the Highlander!! More

I bought a used 2020 Yukon and would have felt better about the purchase if the maintenance and service contracts were more independently presented. I didn't differentiate at the time, the standard pack about the purchase if the maintenance and service contracts were more independently presented.
