I went in at 7:45 for an oil change and it took 1hr and 10 minutes! Not to mention the 5 visits from the service person who reeked of cigarettes to attempt to up sell me on everything. And for the third 10 minutes! Not to mention the 5 visits from the service person who reeked of cigarettes to attempt to up sell me on everything. And for the third time the car wash didn’t work. I wasn’t surprised. This will be the last time I have service at this dealership. More

Drove over 60 miles to look at a Ford Ranger we saw on their web site.
