I took my car in for a tire rotation. When I left, my tires were off balance. I called to ask why that was and the girl I spoke to said "tire balancing isn't part of that service. To which I replied that taking weights off a tire shouldn't be part of that service. My tires were balanced before I got there. Now my car shakes violently if I go over 60mph.
