Had to drive to Granbury to replace roof molding that was done by body shop in August due to hail damage. The lady who waited on me was not so friendly when I explained there should be no charge due to warra done by body shop in August due to hail damage. My car has a weird code that none of the dealerships had seen before and after towing to 2 locations I was able to get my car to Shottenkirk in granbury and they figured it out, worked with my warranty comp seen before and after towing to 2 locations I was able to get my car to Shottenkirk in granbury and they figured it out, worked with my warranty company and even serviced the fuel injectors and filters for me. When I went to pick the car up it wouldn’t start. The young lady Kathryn in service was AMAZING. She was courteous, on the ball, extremely diligent and made sure to go above and beyond to get my car back to me. All it needed was a new battery at that point and she even had the master mechanic go through the vehicle to make sure there would be no further issues. One of the best dealership I’ve ever been to. More
