Very very upset over service. Took 7:30 hours for a module that they said was a "easy fix" and no charge. Got in my car to leave and check engine light was on!! Got home and the light that was the "e module that they said was a "easy fix" and no charge. Got in my car to leave and check engine light was on!! Got home and the light that was the "easy fix" was on again!!! Dealt with the service manager, Matt the whole time!!!! More

Took my old Tundra in for a new steering rack and after a short period of time with the new rack I quickly realized that the steering was not quite right. I took it back and explained to Matt the issues as I short period of time with the new rack I quickly realized that the steering was not quite right. I took it back and explained to Matt the issues as I saw them. He kept the truck and had his techs check it out. They reported that the rack they installed was faulty. They ordered a new one, installed it, and aligned the front end at absolutely no additional cost to me. The steering in now working properly. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I will use this dealership in the future. More
Once again...I took my 4 Runner in for an oil change. The Service Associate, Garland, stated the oil change could go to 10,000 miles since it was a synthetic. We requested the oil change anyway. I was called about having a tire rotation and agreed it needed the tire rotation. Then was called that the tire alignment was out of alignment. I agreed to have the alignment done. Paid the charges and took the vehicle home only to discover the oil change had not been performed. I specifically asked the oil change be done and Garland decided it wasn't to be done. This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

This dealership has gone way downhill after being taken over by Shottenkirk. They can’t hold onto employees as it seems like every time I go in for service everyone in the service dept is new. They charg over by Shottenkirk. They can’t hold onto employees as it seems like every time I go in for service everyone in the service dept is new. They charge a ridiculous 140 dollar fee just to look at a broken seatbelt buckle and tell me I need to have it fixed. I knew that and I can get the part and do it myself cheaper than they can. By the way they don’t even have the part in stock. I will be taking my business to a different Toyota dealer from now on. I should get a refund as it didn’t take any diagnostic equipment to determine that a seatbelt buckle won’t buckle. More
