They took very good care of my truck. My only issue is that the tech misunderstood the service advisor and replaced the cabin air filter, (it actually needed it). The issue is that I didn't know about it that the tech misunderstood the service advisor and replaced the cabin air filter, (it actually needed it). The issue is that I didn't know about it until it was time to pick up my truck. No one called to tell me it had been done. I was shown the old filter and told they could put it back in if I didn't want to pay for it. In my opinion it was there mistake and I shouldn't have had to pay for it. I also believe they were sure that I would once I saw it. That's not quite right to me. More
