The actual repair for the recall did not take very long, approximately one hour. When I got in the car there were several grease spots on my seats. I thought a service technician would take better care when approximately one hour. When I got in the car there were several grease spots on my seats. I thought a service technician would take better care when sitting in someone else’s car. Also, I have been trying to have my address changed in your records for the last 3 1/2 years. I have requested this every time I come in for service, and no one seems to be able to get it changed in your computer system. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or laziness, very frustrating!! More
