I have used this dealership for over 15 years. This was first time I’ve been asked to agree to a $135 fee up front for my truck to be looked at. When part needed was on back order a rental was not availab first time I’ve been asked to agree to a $135 fee up front for my truck to be looked at. I came in for a 20k maintenance.
