I have been to this dealership twice and I thought my tire rotation was being completed. I wasn't expecting for the dealership to do it but at least a recommendation. My main reason for service was to have my oil changed after 10K miles. Secondly a tire rotation. Garland decided I did not need an oil change and did not consult with me. To get the oil changed I waited 45 minutes longer than the 1 1/5 hours already waited. Garland did not apologize and acted like it was no big deal. It was to me. An apology goes a long way. More

Every time I have received an oil change from a Toyota dealership my car was cleaned and vacuumed and here is was not but that is not the reason for the rating the reason is. Made a service appointment for oil change, tire rotation and balance. I arrived at the dealership on time for appointment. There were two cars in both oil change bays and three waiting. I spoke to the te and balance. I arrived at the dealership on time for appointment. There were two cars in both oil change bays and three waiting. I spoke to the tech and reminded him of my appointment, he said it would be a hour to two hour wait. I reminded him I made an appointment. He response was "we are working on it". So it really doesn't do any good to make an appointment. So thus was a wasted trip. I tried calling the service manager, after seven calls, I finally got to leave a message to return my call. Surprise, no phone call was returned. More
