I'm wothout words every time i come here for service. And even with my Altima, I will choose to come to Toyota first before stepping foot anywhere else, And i live an hour away. It may be because i go freque even with my Altima, I will choose to come to Toyota first before stepping foot anywhere else, And i live an hour away. It may be because i go frequently for service, maybe its the fact I have 2 unique vehicles. But when I call i get greeted with a friendly tone and they immediately ask whether i'm calling about my tC or the Altima. This last time, I called a little ahead of time, I was doing some work on the car and needed to have the allignment done before i could drive the car to work and back, so they told me come on down. When i arrived, they had gotten slammed with people showing up, with only an hour and a half left before they closed, 2 allignments ahead of mine. So Ms. Garland asks me to wait for one moment, comes back with a window tag in tow and tells me she will ask one of the free mechanics to bring the car over to the body shop to do the allignment that so i wouldn't have made the trip for nothing. They treat me like family every time i show up, And it brings me back every time. I did rate the quality of work 4* instead of 5* this time though, simply due to the fact i still have a drift to the right while driving, and the steering wasnt centered. But, it's drivable, so i'll make do for now. More

Took car in for servicing to take advantage of the basic $2000 coverage for dings in windshield/body. They were unable to do much with ding in door and the ding on the windshield was replaced with a black d $2000 coverage for dings in windshield/body. That said, when we purchased car we found out after deal was consummated that there was only a single key, which we were not very happy about, We brought that to the attention of our service person and they were able to get us another key at no charge which we did appreciate.
