Showed no concern for COVID risk despite signs "suggesting" masks and saying "your health is our #1 priority". 90% of employees not wearing masks, talking face to face with each other and custome "suggesting" masks and saying "your health is our #1 priority". 90% of employees not wearing masks, talking face to face with each other and customers in closed office space and service bay with closed doors. Even though I drove up wearing my mask so as not to spread anything inside my car for the service people to be exposed to, the service writer approached me maskless, speaking into my window less than 2 feet from me. Not an ounce of concern, and pointed the finger at management for not having a policy. No barrier between customer and cashier either, and she wasn't wearing a mask until I was right in front of her. Try the Ford dealership nextdoor to see what a caring experience can be! Oh, and my car was still sitting outside 20 minutes after my appointment time, with other cars taken in before mine.
