Service was prompt as expected. They had good recommendations on what other services I may have want to have done and when the proper time to do them is. The question is why did it take 4x to find a small nail in a tire? 3 previous attempts and only one documented. I waited apprx 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. to get my tires rotated! A nail was in one, so it had to be fixed. No one came to tell me why it was taking so long until I finally found someone who could tell me. Finally, I left and about 1/2 mi. down Hwy 377, there was a loud noise like a blow-out. Couldn't stop my car because brakes wouldn't work. I was in the right lane (thankfully!!) and I coasted to the shoulder of road. Called Service to tell them I was stranded at 3:15 p.m. and was assured a mechanic would come help. 30 min. later, no one had come to help me! A citizen stopped to help and he called Service Dept. and demanded they get someone down there to help me. Turns out, the mechanic didn't tighten any of the lug nuts on the left front tire!!! This was a potentially horrible accident waiting to happen. Got a loaner car. Next day, had not heard one word from service rep about the status of my car. I heard conflicting stories from mechanic, service reps, head of service dept. I never spoke to someone in authority to address this very disturbing incident. I am not confident that my car will be 100% repaired, as the damage is hidden from view and I just have to TRUST that the person assuring me is not lying to me. I have other complaints, but these are the major issues. My confidence in this dealership, where I have purchased 2 vehicles, is greatly diminished due to the incompetence I have witnessed. More
