Excellent service advisor I went in with a CNA tire warranty and it was promptly taken care of. The service advisor knew what to do. The warranty allowed me to go anywhere so I went to discount tires first cause it was much closer and I was riding on a doughnut spare tire. The guy at the counter looked lost when I handed him the warranty paper . I had already contacted CNA and was pre approved. He told me twice it would be a long process. They obviously did not want to deal with it so I told them I'd go to Toyota instead. That was a wise move. More

I do not know where Shottenkirk found these two ladies but Once again as I went to Shottenkirk Toyota, Garland and Melissa were outstanding as usual. I do not know where Shottenkirk found these two ladies but they are both a real prize. I took my 2016 Avalon Hybrid in for a front end alignment and was pressed for time, but the service department managed to get everything completed and returned my car with time to spare. Great people in Garland and Melissa and also those people in the shop doing the work. More

Then they started hiring back some of the ones from the past. It was a blessing to see Ryan back but now he is gone again, makes me wonder.. Salesman, Mike Brown is gone.... Whats going on?? But the big giant plus for Shottenkirk Toyota is having two very delightful and knowledgeable people like Melissa and Garland in the service department. They make you feel comfortable and speak straight about everything. Good people. The final decision is still out on Shottenkirk Toyota as a whole but they are getting better.. More
Came in to get an oil change. Garland made me aware of a recall for my vehicle and I was also able to get that taking care of during that visit. Having Problems with our radio. One you all replaced; was told I would have to replace it. Only had it three years. Not happy!!!! More

Unorganized Lack of Communication I made an appointment with Heather for service on Tuesday June 2, at 3:00pm for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma and was told the service would take 'maybe about I made an appointment with Heather for service on Tuesday June 2, at 3:00pm for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma and was told the service would take 'maybe about 30 minutes'. I waited for almost 2 hours. I could have gladly left my car to run errands or return to work had I been told the service would take about 2 hours. After my service was finally complete, I received an invoice to pay but was not communicated any information regarding the service that was performed, or any post service care/maintenance information for my vehicle. I simply paid and waited again for my car outside. After 5 minutes of waiting and wondering where my truck was, I asked a random service person Garland that happened to be around as to where my truck was and she replied to "give them a moment while they bring it out". After another 5 minutes of waiting for my truck to be brought out, I saw my truck parked behind the service bay unattended so I just helped myself, got in and drove away. I don't believe this is how service should be. Communicate to your customers on what is happening, what next steps are, and manage expectations. Make it right, or I can take by business to Weatherford. More

This time, I called for an appointment and took my corvette in for an oil change. I acknowledge it sits very low to the ground and, because of that, they were apparently not adequately prepared to work on it. I had to wait for more than an hour and half until they could get a skilled technician and proper equipment to complete the oil change. Once that came together, the job was finished in minutes. I feel I should have been informed of the potential problem and I could have gone elsewhere and saved myself a good deal of time and frustration. I'm sure I will next time. More
