Labor was as much as Parts I brought my 2016 Camry in for its 90k service and the cost for labor was as much as "parts". I called to discuss the cost prior to my service and was quoted $500 so I made the appointment and dropped my vehicle off. After the fuel injector service, brake flush, coolant exchange, and transmission exchange my cost for labor was as much as my cost for parts totaling almost $1000. My husband recently received 100k service on his 2015 Tundra and it was only $200 more than mine, we expected that on the truck, we did not expect that for the car. I called to get clarification on the pricing and the employee I spoke with seemed a bit defensive that I was questioning the cost. It's unfortunate that I was quoted for half the cost that I was charged. I will not be returning to this dealership for further service. This review should not reflect on my service advisor, Garland. She was very helpful and great to work with. She was not the employee I spoke with when I called to discuss my receipt. More
Never Called Back I called the dealership this morning 6-15-20 and asked for a service advisor. I got through to the service adviser as requested. I told the advisor that I have a P0420 and P0430 code stored in my Rav4's computer and Check Engine Light on. I also stated I have found a bulletin online that stated that the vehicle needed an ECM Calibration update. He put me on hold, did some checking and said they could do it. However, he stated he was new and he would get someone else to call me. I waited 6 hours still no call. This is UNACCEPTABLE, I don't recommend them and I won't be using this dealership. More
Excellent service advisor I went in with a CNA tire warranty and it was promptly taken care of. The service advisor knew what to do. The warranty allowed me to go anywhere so I went to discount tires first cause it was much closer and I was riding on a doughnut spare tire. The guy at the counter looked lost when I handed him the warranty paper . I had already contacted CNA and was pre approved. He told me twice it would be a long process. They obviously did not want to deal with it so I told them I'd go to Toyota instead. That was a wise move. More
The people I interacted with are SUPERB!! Once again as I went to Shottenkirk Toyota, Garland and Melissa were outstanding as usual. I do not know where Shottenkirk found these two ladies but Once again as I went to Shottenkirk Toyota, Garland and Melissa were outstanding as usual. I took my 2016 Avalon Hybrid in for a front end alignment and was pressed for time, but the service department managed to get everything completed and returned my car with time to spare. Great people in Garland and Melissa and also those people in the shop doing the work. More
