Unsolved ProblemThe dealership The dealership has always had the customer treated fairly and the same with my visit. My problem with my 2009 Camry seems to be too complex for a solu The dealership has always had the customer treated fairly and the same with my visit. My problem with my 2009 Camry seems to be too complex for a solution. It involved the warning light cluster and there are a multitude of ways (apparently) for remedy. The technician who spent several hours on it came to an impasse, I think. He advised that the problem still exists but does not exhibit a safety concern. I opted to obtain my car. The cluster problem is still ongoing but intermittent. I was told by another employee that the problem could be solved by a $2,000 repair, which I didn't feel practical in an 11-year old car with 123,000 miles. (I may note that I am retired and not considered to be wealthy. I will live with it, park it, or burn it!! I was told if I decide on a repair the cost I incurred will go toward the repair More
Service was not up to my standards I brought my car in for a few things to be looked at and to have tires rotated and oil changed. I was called less than 20 minutes later and told it wo I brought my car in for a few things to be looked at and to have tires rotated and oil changed. I was called less than 20 minutes later and told it would be better if I took it to a GM dealership so it wouldn't cost me a $100 deductible. Okay, I get that part, but they did not rotate my tires or change the oil, which I had coverage for when I bought the service warranty. I inquired and they said, yes they could do that part if we wanted. That was part of what I wanted done to begin with. When they called to say it was done we went by to pick it up and whoever had done the oil change had gotten it all over my car. Not just on the outside but all over my cream colored seats, the console, and inside door panels, the dash, and the steering wheel. Not what I would call good service. Hunter had to come out and clean it all up. Not sure who the serviceman was with oil all over himself. More

Extremely long wait with appointment. My wife had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change and it took over two and half hours. She saw customers come in after her and had there car back in l My wife had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change and it took over two and half hours. She saw customers come in after her and had there car back in less then an hour. Then on the way out to get her car upon completion she was told something went wrong and the check engine light was on after the oil change. They corrected with no explanation. She was also told the car wash was not working so they could not wash it. She look outside and cars were going through the car wash? My past experience is it's hit and miss as far as good service, this isn't the first time we have had to wait this long with an appointment. More
