Shottenkirk Toyota Granbury - Service Center

I came in for an inspection on my RAV4. It took almost 2 1/2 hrs. I understand things are busy at times but if I had been informed ahead of time that it would take that long I would have ca It took almost 2 1/2 hrs. I understand things are busy at times but if I had been informed ahead of time that it would take that long I would have came back another time. Usually it takes no more than 1/2 hr. Good customer service is communicating right from the beginning all the way thru. I had to go find the person that initially started with to find out why it was taking so long. I think someone forgot about us. If I hadn’t asked who knows how long my wife and I would have had to wait. I think she was new on the job, but hopefully this feedback won’t go unnoticed. More

I scheduled an appt to get a 2nd key fob and recall work done. I took off work as it was going to take about an hour. After sitting for 1.5 hours they tech stated the recall work was done but they didn't done. I took off work as it was going to take about an hour. After sitting for 1.5 hours they tech stated the recall work was done but they didn't have the part for the key fob. If I had known that I would have rescheduled the appt so I could knock it out at once. Very frustrating. I have always supported and defended Shottenkirk on social media but now I have experienced it myself as well as a family member whom had a terrible experience getting repairs. Thank you...I would maybe recommend this service center depending on what is needed. More
