Went in in response to your letter for a "free" oil change and was charged $2.50 for a shop fee. The letter promised a complimentary car wash, which was broken. Sales department missed two opportunities to sell me two new Tundra's (2014 and 2020). I ended up buying both Tundra's from Freeman Toyota in FW. Fooled me twice. There will not be a third time. BTW - it looks like the salesperson who botched both sales is no longer working for you. Good decision. More
