You already cover this already in the bogus environmental fees. No longer rinsing the vehicle after the EXPENSIVE service. Sales department missed two opportunities to sell me two new Tundra's (2014 and 2020). I ended up buying both Tundra's from Freeman Toyota in FW. Fooled me twice. There will not be a third time. BTW - it looks like the salesperson who botched both sales is no longer working for you. Good decision. More

I had a really bad experience at the Shottenkirk dealership in Weatherford and I will never go back there, but when I came to the Granberry location I talked to this guy named Chris I think his last dealership in Weatherford and I will never go back there, but when I came to the Granberry location I talked to this guy named Chris I think his last name is Flannery. That guy is the coolest and most professional person I’ve ever dealt with at a car dealership. He was super helpful and responded to me in a timely manner every time I had a question. I will keep coming back just because of Chris. More
