They have become too expensive. Their mark up on an air filter was double. I get that most dealerships do. But on top of that, they charge me $70 to install it. I can buy it from autozone for $15 . I can install it myself in 10 minutes. Oil change with an air filter cost me a $180. Every service every repair has been done at Durant/Shottenkirk since it was new. I bought it there. I've bought 3 vehicles there 2 new ones and it used one. Time for a change. More
