I could not believe the exceptional level of service I experienced the morning I came to Shottenkirk. He even brought me a cup of coffee! He is a stellar employee and exemplifies the highest of standards that Shottenkirk displays. I have also had several encounters with Garland Robinson and all I can say is "WOW!" Her leadership and enthusiasm is clearly evident in the way she treats other employees.
