I’ve been very happy with Schottenkirk up to now. I think it’s completely ridiculous that I’m supposed to put up with squealing brakes, that actually seem to be getting louder or spend a huge sun to I think it’s completely ridiculous that I’m supposed to put up with squealing brakes, that actually seem to be getting louder or spend a huge sun to have you make them stop squealing, all because “Toyota is known for their loud brakes”. If that’s correct, why not spray them when you’re in there working on them instead of setting it up where I have to either pay or put up with the noise. I’m not happy. More

My "assigned" service advisor never spoke to me until visit was done and ready for check out. When I asked other service associates for an estimate of how long to expect, they responded they had no idea visit was done and ready for check out. I took my truck in for regular service and asked Chris about a cosmetic problem I had. He had it taken care of at a reasonable price (much less than I anticipated), keeping me informed the entire time, a about a cosmetic problem I had. He had it taken care of at a reasonable price (much less than I anticipated), keeping me informed the entire time, and had it back the next day, and that included painting a quarter panel! I was incredibly pleased as this issue had been bugging me for years. Chris was great, and I look forward to going back. Thanks! More
