I bought a used Highlander 2018 the sales person Oscar Black make an excellent Job and help me to get an excellent deal on this purchase. But he couldn't give me a report of all the service that was mad Black make an excellent Job and help me to get an excellent deal on this purchase. But he couldn't give me a report of all the service that was made in my highlander, and he told me that I cannot demand any reparation based on what they fixed. I don't understand why you can't honor what you did made on your service department. I took My Highlander to another Toyota to diagnostic it and well in the report that Mr. Oscar show me It said that the air filters had been changed including the cabin air filter but when I saw the Cabin filter it had a hole. They said that they had changed the battery and the battery did not pass the test, I need to replace it, The report said that made the alignment was made in march but they told me that I need to made the alignment for my tires. whenever I had bought a used car in the past from a dealer the car was completely clean including the engine in this case my highlander was very clean for outside but the engine was completely dirty. This is not something I would expect from a Toyota Dealership. Otherwise everything was very good. More
