It is ridiculous that a major corporation like Toyota charges 3% to use a credit card. This completely dissuades me from using your dealership. SHAME on you!!! So greedy!!! I was greeted at my vehicle by a professional staff member who took my keys and showed me to the waiting area. Technicians and Toyota Corporate staff failed to successfully troubleshoot the remote start function after having the vehicle this past 2 weeks and previously 8 workdays in May.
