Cory handled my paperwork and service info very well; however, I am very unhappy with the new 3% credit card fee addition coming from a very large corporation such as Toyota!! Alamo Toyota never charged however, I am very unhappy with the new 3% credit card fee addition coming from a very large corporation such as Toyota!! Alamo Toyota never charged me to use my cc in the past, but since Shottenkirk took over, this new 3% fee has been added when I use my cc to pay! More

I had a 7AM appointment to get a tire replaced, the tire that had been ordered and received for me a week in advance, but when showed up to my 7AM appointment the tire was nowhere to be found. I wasn’t info that had been ordered and received for me a week in advance, but when showed up to my 7AM appointment the tire was nowhere to be found. I wasn’t informed that it was missing until after waiting for over an hour. The tire was given to another customer I wasted my morning and I still need said tire replaced. More
