I am not a fan of this dealership or service department. I bought a vehicle with bumper to bumper warranty. I was under the impression that any thing that went wrong with the vehicle was covered under warra I bought a vehicle with bumper to bumper warranty. I was under the impression that any thing that went wrong with the vehicle was covered under warranty. I had a major repair needed. It wasn't covered under warranty or extra insurance purchased. After calling the service department several times with no answer, I went to the service department to set an appointment. I was totally ignored by 4 agents pretending not to notice I was there, and another agent talking to someone about grills and smokers, while avoiding eye contact. I stood waiting for an agent for 9 minutes. Finally an agent came in from outside and helped me. I was set up with a loaner vehicle, which in my mind, a loaner is a loaner; the loaner cost $80, so it's a rental. My experience with Shottenkirk service department has not been the best. I have yet to leave there without spending over $200 on normal service. This past appointment cost me $5100. I believe you should treat your customers like they mater and you are there to help them. I do not hold my service agent responsible for my negative experience. I blame the dealership and service manager for the horrible etiquette of the department as a whole. More

I made a scheduled appointment with yall to get my 3rd service and the 15k inspection. All I received was an oil change and tire rotation. Nothing else was done. I had an appointment at 7:30 and arrived 10 minutes early. A gentleman meet me at my car verified my name and appointment time and said he would let my service advisor know I was here. After i mentioned it to my service advisor and only because she went and personally got my vehicle 30 minutes later I was able to leave. 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Not to mention someone had laid down the passenger seat and extended the head rest all the way out as if they were taking a nap. More

Sherry was incredible. She was courageous and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and what I felt was the issue and quickly assured me the problem would be addressed She was courageous and knowledgeable. She kept me informed throughout the process and then followed up at the end of the day to make sure the problem was resolved and I was completely satisfied.
