Very dissapointed in the the attempt to purchase a used veh. form this dealer, salesman was professional, David Garza and tried to help but sales manager after finding out no financing was needed on a 43.6 veh. form this dealer, salesman was professional, David Garza and tried to help but sales manager after finding out no financing was needed on a 43.600 used truck would not provide a provide a drive out price, after returning next day new mgr insist i buy a worthless 1000 warranty that is for 5 mounts, after agreeing with that, keep in mind not willing to budge on price or warranty price i finally agreed on a drive out of 48 plus but requested a tank of fuel and once again the answer was no so at this point i politely took my hard earned money and business elsewhere. would never recommend this dealer or management staff to a enemy, buyer be ware!!! I brought in my vehicle to get an Airbag issue resolved and a vibration issued looked at. The Airbag issue was fixed 11 day later with little communication on the status. The vibration issue is worse and and a vibration issued looked at. The Airbag issue was fixed 11 day later with little communication on the status. The vibration issue is worse and makes commuting to work difficult. I will have to find another dealership willing to put in the effort to fix this and test drive the vehicle to ensure it is working properly. More

It’s all about money, they are pushy and try to sell to you. First he said we need a tire rotation, afterwards they forgot to rotate tires because he forgot to request it. He then made us wait one hour ext you. First he said we need a tire rotation, afterwards they forgot to rotate tires because he forgot to request it. He then made us wait one hour extra which at the end it never got done because he said by measuring the tire treads we didn’t need it ! So initially he tried to sell us a tire rotation, but after all he said we didn’t need one. According to our service contract we were supposed to get one ! More
The car repair took 11 days to fix an issue with the seatbelt. During this time I received minimal updates on the repair status. Especially when the car was scheduled to be completed and had to be de seatbelt. During this time I received minimal updates on the repair status. Especially when the car was scheduled to be completed and had to be delayed an extra day. I have no complaints about the work the technicians performed. I wanted more updates from the service desk and quicker responses when I left a message via voicemail or text. Never during this time was I offered an alternative for transportation. I was lucky I had one, but this would be quite the strain on single car drivers. Also, the service representative needed to be reminded of an additional diagnostic I wanted looked at that they did not note when I dropped the car off and told them. More
