Good experience overall, and I got what I needed in the end. This would have been five stars but for a disconnect between their answering service and the actual service department. When I showed up I w end. This would have been five stars but for a disconnect between their answering service and the actual service department. When I showed up I was told that they may not be able to take care of the recalls on my vehicle since they didn't get that information from the person who took down my information when the appointment was scheduled. Apparently the service department's number gets forwarded to a central service somewhere. Though I was very clear when scheduling the appointment that I needed the vehicle in and out the same day, and was given a date on which the dealership and I could both manage that, the service department was unprepared. In the end, the service manager moved some things around and got me out by the end of the day, so I really appreciate his efforts on my behalf. They need to fix the communication breakdown with the answering center. More
