Schottenkirk-Weatherford's Service Department is simply sensational! Specfically, Sherry Parker is a rare gem who truly cares for her customers! She is responsive, professional and genuinely friendly towar sensational! Specfically, Sherry Parker is a rare gem who truly cares for her customers! She is responsive, professional and genuinely friendly towards her customers--every time! I say this with a case in point. I was attending a VA appointment in Granbury, so I planned to take my wife's Toyota Sequoia to the Schottenkirk-Granbury dealership (where I had set up an appointment already to diagnose/fix a low tire), but because of the way one of their young, inexperienced, unprofessional mechanics engaged me, I cancelled the appointment and contacted Sherry at Schottenkirk-Weatherford and drove to her location. So, please commend Sherry for a job well done! Thank you! More

Run as fast as you can. The service department is terrible. Waited today for 2 and a half hours for my car to be serviced. Specifically gave the advisor my number so he could call...or even walk into the waiting area to let me know when my car was ready. Finally walk out to find him to get an eta on completion to find he had left for the day and didn't bother to let me know I was good to go. Ridiculous! Won't make this a personal attack by giving his name, but a lot of work to do. More
