False Advertising. Before visiting this dealership to drive a used forerunner advertised at 29,942, we googled the reviews. There were MANY reviews that stated that once they get you interested, they ta drive a used forerunner advertised at 29,942, we googled the reviews. There were MANY reviews that stated that once they get you interested, they tack on another $5,000.00 to the price advertised. We have bought several vehicles in our lifetime, and we figured surely this can't be true. We have NEVER heard of this. So, my daughter and son-in-law gave them the benefit of the doubt and went and test drove the vehicle. It was nice and the negotiations started. Once they had you interested and ran your credit, they informed you that the price is not the advertised price of 29,942. Instead, it is 34,300.00 because they had to get it ready to drive off the lot. Well, if that is the case, then you should advertise it for the actual price you are selling it for. They should not be allowed to do this because it is FALSE ADVERTISING. I looked on the carfax to see what was done to the vehicle to get it ready for sale, and this is all it said this dealership did: predelivery inspection, vehicle wash/detail, air filter replaced, cabin air filter replaced, oil and filter changed - this is all this dealership has done and they want to charge $5,000.00 on top of the advertised price for this! Absolutely unacceptable for a Toyota dealership. More

Service area was very clean with comfortable chairs. Service advisor was quick but service took longer then estimated. Over all I would give 4 and 3/4 stars. The best I have had in Texas. I did try to buy new windshield wipers but I stood at the parts desk for over 7 min and gave up because no one ever came. I went and sat down and forgot to check if anyone came back to work in the parts department. Still needing new windshield wipers and I prefer Toyota brand. I hope next time I drop by they have someone working the parts department. More
Service writer very nice, but service department needs a lot of help. Over 4 hours for 50k service -- oil change, rotation, alignment. What a joke! I enjoyed working with Sherry the service adviser. She is very proactive and gets every problem addressed. The only complaint I have so far is the multipoint inspection document results are not given to the very proactive and gets every problem addressed. The only complaint I have so far is the multipoint inspection document results are not given to the customer unless requested and I seem to be missing one or more tire valve covers. Sherry gets me new covers if I notice it before I leave the dealer or on the next visit. More

DO NOT GO THERE!!! They lie and promise things to you only to find out later they are not true. We were told we had to purchase the Shottenkirk Customer Care warranty because it's added to every vehicle only to find out later they are not true. We were told we had to purchase the Shottenkirk Customer Care warranty because it's added to every vehicle plus its an extra 1000.00 dollars. We were told it covered windshield cracks, paint dings and key replacement. When called and finally got someone to speak with me they tell me I don't have key replacement. When I purchased the car they also promised to find the extra set of keys and mail them to me which they never did. Now that I need a key replacement I am out ok luck. Take my advice-just stay away!! More
