Well, I was over looked by Kelly, and sent to another associate who was black.(Chris) "Yes, I'm black male." T mother. My contact person was Kelly. The communication between the salesman and the financial team here is awful. They told us we were good to go on info we provided; only needing paystubs emailed in the next few days. A few days later they wouldn’t allow us to leave with the car and needed 4 more documents that they had not previously asked for. I feel like the sale was hurried and communication was sloppy. For future reference they should probably give people a CLEAR list of all the paperwork they need. More
