We had an appointment, for our 10,000 mile service, at 1:00pm and were on our way home before 2:00pm. We took our Tacoma to another dealership (The one we purchased it from) for it’s 5k service, and with 1:00pm and were on our way home before 2:00pm. The staff is very friendly and personable. I went for my first maintenance. Besides the required maintenance they took care of a recall that I was not even aware of and my car was washed which I did not exp first maintenance. Also received poor service in my first visit to the service dept. for my first complimentary maintenance provided by Toyota for the first 2 years. If this is what you get for complimentary service, I would rather pay for it. More

Got oil all over my car inside on floor mat, steering wheel, door .. car wash didn't even get anything off of car. No print out of the condition of my car. Sticker put on my windshield was just white blank and marker of mileage. Took over an hour and a half for just an oil change. With an appointment. More
