Buyers beware, first time buyer and truly got taken advantage of. I was sold a pre owned vehicle that had a hidden problem. I wish one could give negative stars. This dealership is engaging in deceptive advertising practices. The old "bait and switch". They advertise a no hassle price, but then tack on a "pre-owned insp is engaging in deceptive advertising practices. The old "bait and switch". They advertise a no hassle price, but then tack on a "pre-owned inspection fee" and a "shottenkirk care" fee that are not advertised or included in the posted "no hassle" price. Very disappointing to see such a bait and switch dealership selling Toyotas. These people give a bad name to the industry. Avoid at all costs. Run, don't walk away from this dealership. More

He was also even completely oblivious to the (minimal) 6ft. Social Distance guidance. It makes you seem like you are out of touch and don’t care about your employees, customers or community. There have been 9,669 deaths in Texas and 20 in Parker county from the virus. There were 200 new confirmed cases in Parker county yesterday. We need a new vehicle but we so be back until you get your act together. More
