If I could go below a 1 I would. I never write reviews, but I was furious about what happened at this place. We went in for a vehicle that was listed at 16,500 ish. When the sales manager came out he told but I was furious about what happened at this place. We went in for a vehicle that was listed at 16,500 ish. When the sales manager came out he told us with the added fees of basically having a mechanic look at the vehicle and a bs 6 month warranty the price would jump to a little over 20,000. I’m contacting the BBB and I highly discourage anyone from making the trip to this place. I would like to say Aubrey was very kind and seemed to be genuine. I don’t know if he’s inexperienced or what the deal was with my situation, but it left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. More

I bought my 2017 Toyota Highlander in 2017 after trading my Toyota Venza, at that time it was Durant Toyota. I am a serious believer of doing business with the dealer where I buy my cars. In the 5 years tha my Toyota Venza, at that time it was Durant Toyota. I am a serious believer of doing business with the dealer where I buy my cars. In the 5 years that they have been servicing my car and even before, with my other Toyotas (maybe 15 yrs) they have always, always performed exceptionally well. They do what is required, explain why they are doing some work, explain why a part needs to be replaced and do it in a timely manner. They are responsive when I make appointments and a accommodating in answering my question. As long as I own a Toyota, and that will probably be forever (best quality, less mechanical problems) I will keep going back to Shottenkirk Toyota in Weatherford, Tx. They feel like family! More

Shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford is a Sham. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer on 12/08/2021 the Vehicle was advertised as $25,750.00 and once I looked into the documents further after they rushed me through financ Ford Explorer on 12/08/2021 the Vehicle was advertised as $25,750.00 and once I looked into the documents further after they rushed me through financing. I paid over $12k over the advertised price, they say it was for a reconditioning fee which I would love to know what they reconditioned because the car has a huge dent on the driverside rear to get that repaired is 1,500 out of my pocket. When I purchased the vehicle on 12/08/2021 I did have to have a co-signer and they live in another state but they said they had to wait for the "wet doc" to be signed before I could get my vehicle, which I didn't get until 12/14/2021. The only good part of this whole buying expereince was dealing with Zach Payne and the Sales Team. More
