Sherry was my CS rep & she was friendly & efficient. I took my car in for an oil change & they washed AND vacuumed it!! I had used a different dealership for my last oil change & the CS rep tried to tell took my car in for an oil change & they washed AND vacuumed it!! I had used a different dealership for my last oil change & the CS rep tried to tell me my tires had dry rot so I would by a new set of tires. My tires are only 2 years old. I also think they shorted me on the amount of oil on my oil change because my car made an odd noise when I started it so I checked the oil & it was very low. My car does not have an oil leak. I will use Shottenkirk for my future maintenance in my car & hope I get to have Sherry as my CS rep. More
